专利说明:

The disadvantage that a very large total sheet metal surface is exposed and that it is difficult to get these roller rolls to go clean when it is wet. Other roller rollers consist of belt rings that are screwed to brackets projecting from the center axis. These are usually complicated in their construction and cumbersome to assemble.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to provide a roller, which obviates the above-mentioned problems. It is also an object to provide a belt segment for such a roller.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object is achieved by means of a roller according to the characterizing part of claim 1 and a strapping segment according to the characterizing part of claim 11.
The subclaims state advantageous embodiments of the invention.
A roller according to the invention consists of a number of banding segments mounted on a center axis, wherein at least two banding segments are mounted together to form a banding ring. Each of these banding segments is made of a strip or a flat steel and the banding segments are mounted one after the other in the circumferential direction on a center axis. This construction has many advantages and can also be manufactured in many designs with different profile appearance, diameter, bandwidth, flexibility, etc. The segments can advantageously be manufactured in an automatic process and in this process hardened to great strength and flexibility. The segments are then easily mounted on the center shaft, which suitably has the shape of a tube, circular, square or other suitable shape, which can be cut and pierced in an automatic process, which means that components can be manufactured in a highly rationalized manufacture and then also the construction becomes relatively easily, the cost becomes advantageous compared to other prior art constructions. v Through the roller with roller segments according to the invention, the contact surface against the ground becomes small and the construction otherwise has small surfaces where wet soil can stick.
The belt segment of the roller roller according to the invention can be manufactured / assembled in different designs. A particular advantage of the construction of the band rings according to the invention is that when the segments are profiled, a segment which abuts the ground guides towards its adjacent segment and the construction therefore becomes durable even if each segment is made in a relatively thin and thus light material.
LIST OF FIGURES The invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, which show preferred embodiments. Figure 1 shows a side view of an agricultural machine with a roller, which has belt rings according to the present invention.

Figure 4D shows a cross section of the band ring along line 11-11 in Figs. 3A.
Figure 5 shows a side view of a roller with belt rings according to the invention.
DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Fig. 1 shows a side view of an agricultural machine 1 having inclined plates 2 with rubber springs 3 for tilling the soil. At the rear but in front of the machine transport wheels 4 there is a roller 4 according to the invention with belt rings 6. The roller 5 has a device such as a crank or a rigging screw 13 or the like for adjusting the height adjustment of the roller 5. The roller 5 is mounted in diagrammatically shown arms 7 arranged on each side, which at their opposite ends are mounted in rubber suspension devices 8, which make the roller 5 flexible to be able to follow the ground and the objects and to be able to spring away, for example in the event of a stone.
Fig. 2 shows a more detailed view of the Roller 5 according to the invention with the belt rings 6. The rubber cleaning devices 8, which on one side are attached to the schematically shown arms 7, are mounted on their sides facing away from the Roller 5 at angled arms 9 and 10. The lower arm 9 is mounted to the frame 12 of the agricultural machine 1. The upper arm 10 is mounted to one end of the adjusting device in the form of a crank or a rigging screw 13, the other end of which is fixed to the frame 12 of the agricultural machine 1. of at least two banding segments 14 comprising an outer, substantially circular portion 15, an inner circular portion 16, which is shaped to enclose substantially half the circumference of the center axis 17 of the roller 5 and a radial portion 18, extending substantially radially from the outer circular portion 15 to the inner circular portion 16. The radius of curvature of the outer circular portion 15 substantially coincides with the center axis 17 center. The inner circular portion 16 may have a different shape if the center axis in cross section has a different shape than a circular shape.
For example, the center axis can be constituted by a solid axis of any cross-section or an angled tube such as a square tube, the inner portion 16 then being able to be formed with relatively rectangular parts. The inner portion 18 should abut against the center axis 17 at least at the attachment points between the inner portion and the center axis.
However, the inner portion 18 is preferably form-fitted to the shape of a portion of the mantle surface of the center shaft 17. The inner portion 16 can extend in the same direction or in the opposite direction in relation to the extent of the outer portion from the radial portion 18. It is also clear from Fig. 2 how the different banding segments 14 are held together by common screws 19 and 20, which are passed through holes received partly at the opposite ends of the inner circular portion 16, partly through the center axis 17 of the roller 5. The screws 19, 20 are passed through the holes in two opposite inner portions 16 of two banding segments 14. The screws 19, 20 are displaced relative to each other in the center axis. 17 in the longitudinal direction, which in turn means that the holes in the inner portions 16 of the banding segments 14 of the screws 19, 20 are offset relative to each other in the longitudinal direction of the center shaft 17. Despite this placement of the holes for the screws 19, 20, all banding segments 14, which form parts of each banding ring 6 on the center shaft 17, can be made identical. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the screws are passed substantially through the center of the center axis 17. As a result, the holes extend substantially perpendicularly through the mantle surface of the center shaft 17 and the abutment for the screw heads and nuts of the screws becomes most favorable, see Figs. 2, 3A and 3E, i.e. full abutment around the holes in the inner portions 16. Due to its constructive construction with the banding segments 14 according to the invention, the roller 4 according to the invention becomes ibel visible at uneven soils and at rock deposits. The rings 6 of the roller 5 can have different properties depending on the choice of material. Furthermore, the roller can be given a suitable shape, which is suitable for a suspension to be built in in a manner known per se. A rubber suspension acc. Fig. 2 can be very suitable.
F ig. 3A-D show some different embodiments of the strap ring 6 with strap segments 14.
F ig. 3A shows a ring 6A, the outer circular portions of which overlap. The ring 6A is made of spring steel or flat steel without profiling. This ring becomes fl visible but can carry less load and becomes more sensitive to stone impacts. 10 15 20 25 30 35 Pig. 3B shows the banding segments 14 of the ring 6 and the center shaft 17 spaced apart to clarify the structure. The radial portion 18 of each banding segment 14 and outer circular portion 15 are constructed with double layers as shown in Figs. 1.
Pig. 3C shows an embodiment where the band segments 14 are assembled so that the free end of the outer circular portion 15 is attached to the opposite half at 21 with a hinted joint, such as screw, rivet, etc. By attaching the segments together, the ring becomes very rigid and can carry considerable load.
Pig. 3D shows an embodiment of the ring where the free end of the outer circular portion 15 overlaps and is at a distance from the adjacent banding segment 14 at 22. This means that the ring 6 is flexible and has a greater ability to go clean in difficult conditions. This embodiment may be the same as in Figs. 3C with the only difference that the strap segments 14 are not fastened together. Depending on how large the distance between the belt segments 14 is made, the segments spring as the roller rolls on the ground and thus the conditions for using the machine in wet conditions increase.
Pig. 3E shows an embodiment of the invention in which the ring 6a is divided into three banding segments 14a, which are fastened together by being screwed to the center shaft 17a in a manner similar to that described above with reference to Figs. 2. It can be seen here that even with more than two segments, screws 19a, 20a and 2la can be passed substantially through the center of the center axis. By dividing the ring 6a into smaller segments, the stiffness of the ring increases and it becomes more cost-effective to change smaller segments in the event of wear. Also in this embodiment, the strap segments can be fastened together at their outer portions, as shown in the embodiment in Figs. 3C.
Pig. 3P shows an embodiment of the invention where the ring 6b, as in Figs. 3E, divided into three strapping segments 14b, which are fastened together by being screwed to the center shaft 17b by means of screws 19b, 20b and 21b. In this embodiment, the screws are not passed through the center of the center shaft, as they are passed through holes at the ends of the inner portion. This provides a good holding of the inner portions of the banding segments, but the screws are here passed through holes in the center shaft 17b, which are not perpendicular to the mantle surface of the center shaft.
Pig. 4A-D show some different ring profiles that may be suitable. Pig. 4A shows an embodiment which has a small abutment surface against the ground. Pig. 4B and C show an embodiment of a ring profile with a radially outwardly concave surface to which soil easily adheres. This means that soil remains in the outwardly concave surface of the ring during its rotation without building so much that the diameter of the ring increases significantly and the working depth of the machine reduces.
Usually a limited layer of soil sticks to the concave outer space of the ring, which means that the wear on the strap ring is minimal. This design is suitable for certain areas and soil types.
Fig. 4D shows how the different segments lie in relation to each other in the case where the ring is manufactured so that a predetermined distance between the banding segments 14 is present. See section II-II in Fig. 3D.
Fig. 5 shows a roller rolling provided with belt rings. This can also be equipped with scrapers (not shown) which help to keep the roller well clean in humid conditions.
The scrapers can in a known manner consist of scraping plates, which are inserted substantially radially between adjacent band rings.
The invention can be varied in a number of different ways within the scope of the appended claims, although the embodiments described above are preferred.
